THE GURU PROCESS

Guru Business Advisors work in strategic partnerships with business owners and managers to achieve their business goals. The process involves the following stages:

  1. Confidential meeting, usually about two hours, to discuss all aspects of your business.
  2. Business review/analysis.
  3. Agree course of action best suited to addressing your issues.
  4. Work together through implementation.
  5. Clients have a dedicated Guru, a lead advisor who is able to draw on the expertise of other advisors to get the job done.
  6. Evaluation and feedback.
  7. Potential ongoing relationship, eg mentoring or coaching.
